We believe we have the cleanest, nicest rooms on Koh Sichang. We are centrally located in a quiet garden setting within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the summer palace.

We do not have our own restaurant on site but two of the very best restaurants on the island are within five minutes walk (Pan and David's and Pee Noi's Seafood).  There are also many smaller restaurants and shops near by where you can eat fried rice, Phad Thai and the like for 30 Baht a plate and buy beer and soft drinks at sensible prices. You can bring food and drink in from outside and relax on your own private balcony. BBQ facilities are available in the garden.

All our rooms have: aircon, hot shower, western style toilet, quality coil sprung western mattress, refrigerator, balcony, LCD TV with satellite, black out curtains plus complimentary tea/coffee, water, soap and shampoo ! Free high speed Wi-Fi is available from most rooms and within the garden. We also have fishing rods and motorcycles for hire.

Weekends are busy, public holidays are extremely busy BUT during the week you will have the island to yourself.

Directions

A Tuk Tuk from the main pier  to Charlie's Bungalows costs 40 Baht and takes a couple of minutes. Alternatively you can walk which takes about 8 minutes. From the ferry pier pass under the "Welcome to Koh Sichang" sign and walk towards town. At Seven Eleven take the second left turn and follow the road up the hill (do not take the first small road on the left of Seven Eleven). Keep walking along the road, do not turn left or right just go straight and after about 7 minutes you will see the sign for Charlie's Bungalows on the right hand side.

How To Book

To book/ reserve a bungalow please send an email to info@charliesbungalows.com

Let us know your check in date and check out date and also your preferred bungalow and any special requirements you may have eg extra bed.

We will confirm if the bungalow you requested is available and the price by return email.

After receiving our confirmation you will need to pay a deposit for one night in advance. You can pay the money into our account over the counter at any Kasikorn Bank in Thailand. Just take a note of our bank details below and the staff at Kasikorn Bank will do the rest. Kasikorn Bank does not charge for this service and there are Kasikorn Banks in every town in Thailand. If you can not find a Kasikorn Bank you can pay the money into our account at any Thai bank but they will charge approximately 40 Baht for this service. Please call Wasana on 0851913863 when the money has been paid.

If you have a Thai ATM card you can also pay the money into our account using any ATM / Cash Point machine in Thailand.

Why book a room ?
On Saturdays and Public Holidays we are very busy and usually fill up with advance bookings. During the week we are not so busy BUT if you book in advance you can secure the best Bungalows.

Bungalows 8, 9, 10 and 11 are the most popular. They are high up off the ground and command the best views.
Bungalows 3 and 4 and 13 and 14 are semi detached and great for couples with children. Mum and Dad can take the double bed and the kids can sleep next door in the two single beds. To get the bungalow you want it is best to book !
